formats, 3-1/2 DD or HD floppy disk, 100 MB zip disk or CD.
Linked Artwork: Adobe
Illustrator 10 and Macromedia Freehand 10. Please save in EPS format
with fonts converted to outline.
Layout Applications: Quark
Xpress 6.0, PageMaker 7 or InDesign 3.0. Please indicate which version
is used.
